New Churches have historically demonstrated that they are
8 times more effective in reaching new people than churches
10 years and older.

THE CHURCH MULTIPLICATION ALLIANCE

A strategic partnership between The NYCLC, Redeemer Church Planting Center, Concerts of Prayer Greater New York, Partnering Denominations, and churches.  Since 2002, the CMA has helped to launch more than 100 churches.

Our VISION is to see God renew Metro New York through a church planting movement supported by prayer.

Our MISSION is to accelerate the church planting movement in Metro New York by increasing the number of new churches and supporting them through prayer, training and funding.

Our PURPOSE is to promote and pursue strategic collaborations to sustain an effective church planting movement in metropolitan New York City.  We seek to do this through a common, collaborative Kingdom vision and strategy and mobilizing resources for the "seeding" of successful church plants.

    e-newsletter.
  • Shared information such as demographics research and best practices.

Partner Training

The Redeemer Partner Training Program offers urban church planting training for persons planting churches in and around the five boroughs of New York City.  Partners in the program come from various denominations and independent affiliations. Partners should have a vision for church planting in a specific area of the city, passion for God's kingdom, and a track record in ministry.

Monthly sessions cover important topics related to the principles of urban church planting.  Learners complete readings and do assignments and case studies related to their specific church plant.  New cycles of training begin every January and August.  Each cycle has ten monthly sessions that are four hours in length.  Sessions and materials are offered in English and Spanish.  Potential partners must complete an application and be accepted into the program.

For more information, contact Mark Reynolds, Associate Director of the Redeemer Church Planting Center at 212.808.4460 x118 or by email.
